Daryl S. Clark
Mr. Clark is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and member of the board of South Asia Energy Management Systems. A California corporation, South Asia Energy Management Systems undertakes the development, construction, acquisition, ownership and long term operation of hydro-electric and other renewable energy projects in various international markets. In addition, Mr. Clark currently serves on the Board of Directors of Canadian Phoenix Resources Corporation which is a publicly-traded junior oil and gas exploration, development and production company with operations in Western Canada.
Prior to joining South Asia Energy Management Systems, Mr. Clark was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2007 for Peachtree Settlement Funding a specialty factoring firm. Mr. Clark was instrumental in leading Peachtree during a period of time in which its revenues grew from $20 million to $180 million annually. Peachtree eventually was taken private by a group of private equity funds at a valuation in excess of $750 million. Mr. Clark has a long history of corporate finance and management within large and small companies. Prior to joining Peachtree, he was Chief Financial Officer for META Security Group a successful start-up consulting firm specializing in Internet and Network Security. Daryl has also held key leadership positions in the past with DirecTV and Sensormatic Electronics. Daryl has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Florida.

Domenic J. Falcone
Mr. Falcone has an extensive background in geothermal project finance, acquisitions and business development, and a broad knowledge of the independent power and energy industries. From 1971 to 1987, Mr. Falcone was a founder and senior vice-president - finance of Geothermal Resources International Inc. (GRI), a pioneering geothermal company which successfully developed several geothermal power plants in California and played a significant role in building a viable U.S. geothermal industry. As president and principal of Domenic J. Falcone Associates Inc. from 1987 to 1991 and the Creston Financial Group Inc. from 1991 to 1997, he participated in financings for resource and power development projects in excess of $200 million. More recently, he has been chief financial officer and vice-president of PG&E Energy Services Corp. of San Francisco during its start-up phase, chief operating officer and CFO of NuVant Systems, a California developer of fuel cell technology, and national industry director - energy, CBIZ Valuation Group, an international management firm specializing in valuations, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Falcone is an independent financial advisor specializing in renewable energy with an emphasis on geothermal exploration and development projects. Mr. Falcone has been a long-standing member of the Geothermal Resources Council, one of the world's premier geothermal associations, from which he received the Joseph W. Aidlin Award in 1991 recognizing his outstanding contribution to the development of geothermal resources. Mr. Falcone is also a member of the board of directors of the Geothermal Energy Association, which is based in Washington DC and is involved in advancing legislation and governmental affairs at the federal and state levels on behalf of the geothermal industry. |

Harry Knutson
Mr. Knutson is the founder of Nova Bancorp Group. He has been responsible for the growth and performance of the firm since its inception in 1982. Since then, it has been involved in investment and merchant banking in Canadian and international markets. In addition to its activities in financial services, the company has also been a principal in the entertainment, oil & gas and real estate sectors in Canada and the United States. For a number of years, the company was also a partner in a marine engineering business in France. Nova Bancorp remains active in other investments through an affiliate based in Vancouver. Mr. Knutson previously held the position as Chairman of StrategicNova Inc. from 1998 to 2002, a diversified wealth management company based in Montréal. The company's principal activities were the management and distribution of StrategicNova Mutual Funds and StrategicNova Alternative Investment Products. Prior to establishing Nova Bancorp he was President of a mid-sized trust company; President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of a real estate investment trust and President of a conglomerate active in the food, sports and real estate industries. Mr. Knutson holds an Honours BA degree in Economics and an Honours B.Comm degree from Simon Fraser University. |

Guðmundur F. Sigurjónsson
Sigurjonsson is an Iceland-based professional engineer with background in project engineering and management. His general and international experience in project execution and project control includes work in Iceland, Denmark, New Zealand and the Philippines. His core competences include cost engineering, feasibility assessments and business modeling.
Sigurjonsson is the principal of FnF Limited, a management consulting business. Through FnF, Sigurjonsson is a senior advisor to Geysir Green Energy, a global leader in the development of, and investment in, geothermal power. Through FnF, Sigurjonsson is also the chief executive of Envent Holding Philippines, a joint venture between Geysir Green Energy and Reykjavik Energy Invest. Envent was established to develop renewable energy projects in the Philippines.
Sigurjonsson graduated from the University of Iceland with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and earned his masters of engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
